Outdoor refurbishment in the grounds of Purobeach, Mallorca.
Purobeach Resort 5* is one of the most recognizable establishments along the Mallorca coastline. When OCN works in a setting like this, the surroundings set the standard of execution: every piece of work visible from the hotel’s
most exclusive areas must live up to the place.
In a setting like Purobeach Resort 5*, every detail of the outdoor space is part of the hotel’s positioning. Quality of execution isn’t optional: it’s the starting point.
We adapted schedules and construction phases to the hotel's operational needs, coordinating directly with its team.
Different refurbishment works in nature, but with a common denominator: precision in an active hotel environment. The ability to adapt constructive rigor to any scale — from a large development to a specific high-demand intervention —.
OCN works with high-end hotel establishments in the Valencian Community and the Balearic Islands, on both new-build projects and refurbishments. With a track record of more than 20 high-standard projects executed in the past years.
