Full renovation of the 4-star RH Arena Hotel, a benchmark in hospitality in Gandía.
The RH Arena Hotel represents one of the most notable hotel renovation projects on the Valencian coast. A 4-star establishment on Gandía beach, fully renovated to meet the current demands of the high-end vacation sector on the Spanish Mediterranean coast.
OCN has led the full renovation of the property, covering all 179 rooms and the entirety of the common areas. A construction process carried out with technical rigor and full coordination with the ownership, ensuring operational continuity and compliance with the set deadlines.
Planning and methodology in the renovation of an operating hotel in Gandía.
We applied our own construction method, based on Think in Lean planning, which has made it possible to manage the complexity inherent to renovating an operating hotel with precision, efficiency, and full traceability at every stage of the work. The project reflects the vision of RH Hotels, a Valencian hotel chain with a strong presence along the Mediterranean coast.
Their commitment to renewing their portfolio reflects a firm dedication to construction quality and to improving the guest experience. A project that combines scale, operational efficiency, and high-value-added construction in one of the Mediterranean’s most established tourist destinations.
