OCN is carrying out the transformation of the historic former Banco de Valencia Data Center building — with nearly a century of history in the heart of the city — into The Bank Hotel 5* Grand Luxury by MYR Hoteles, the chain’s most ambitious project to date, under the architectural direction of the Janfri & Ranchal studio.
The Bank Hotel 5* Grand Luxury requires the simultaneous coordination of teams specialized in very different disciplines: concrete and steel structure, MEP installations befitting a five-star hotel, bespoke carpentry, and finishes using noble materials.
We plan and execute The Bank Hotel 5* Grand Luxury by applying our own site-management methodology, with upfront planning that coordinates building systems, existing structure, and trades.
The construction schedule applies Lean Construction principles: linked phases, weekly production control, and the elimination of downtime between the teams involved.
The complexity of a hotel project of this scale makes transparency in cost management especially important.
