OCN receives the Special Mention for Digitalization and Innovation at the Castellón SME of the Year Award 2026

OCN, a high-value-added construction company headquartered in Castellón de la Plana with a presence in Valencia and Mallorca, received the Special Mention for Digitalization and Innovation this week at the 2026 edition of the Castellón SME of the Year Award, an award organized by the Castellón Chamber of Commerce, the Spanish Chamber of Commerce, and Banco Santander, with the collaboration of El Periódico Mediterráneo.

The award ceremony was held on July 22 in the Plenary Hall of the Castellón Chamber of Commerce. This new recognition adds to the one the Castellón Chamber of Commerce gave OCN in 2024, when the company received the Best SME Award, consolidating a continued track record of institutional recognition for its business work.

A recognition of OCN's commitment to technology

The Castellón SME of the Year Award recognizes companies from the province each year that stand out for their track record, management, and capacity to generate value in their sector.

In this edition, OCN is specifically recognized for its work in digitalization and innovation, two areas the company has progressively integrated into its construction and project management processes. “This special mention recognizes our effort to incorporate digitalization as part of the way we build, without giving up the solidity and attention to detail that define us,” say OCN’s management.

OCN, a benchmark in high-value-added construction in Castellón

Founded in 2003, OCN is a construction company headquartered in Castellón with offices in Valencia and Mallorca. It specializes in the construction and renovation of high-value-added hotels, build-to-rent buildings, corporate spaces, and colivings. OCN has established itself as a strategic partner for architects and private, corporate, and investment-fund investors.

This new recognition reinforces its position as a business benchmark, in line with its “The Way We Build” philosophy.
