Since we founded the company in 2003, we have built our track record on a clear principle: the quality of what we do depends directly on the quality of the people who do it. Today, with works under way in the Valencian Community and the Balearic Islands, and with new projects starting in the coming months, we are expanding our team at our offices in Valencia, Mallorca, Castellón and Ibiza.
This is not a one-off expansion. It is the result of a business model that has built long-standing relationships with developers, investors and hotel operators who keep coming back to us. Every new commission requires bringing in talent that shares our way of working.

The Bank Hotel, a 104-room 5-star Grand Luxury hotel we are building in Valencia, and the living and coliving projects we are delivering in the Balearic Islands, are the kind of work our team takes on. Methodologies such as BIM, Lean Construction, ERP and Digitalization are part of our day-to-day. Who are we looking for?
We are currently bringing on technical, production and site management profiles with experience in large-scale projects. We especially value professionals who have worked in environments where deadlines, quality and client coordination are non-negotiable.
