Retor: projects that rethink the way we inhabit cities.
Retor is one of our projects currently under construction, responding to a new residential typology: flexibility combined with quality of life in homes designed for exactly that. Its design follows
its own logic: simple, practical, and free of artifice.
The units make use of vertical space to free up floor area and will incorporate integrated work zones, finished with custom-made wood carpentry.

Under the Coliving model, Retor meets each resident’s needs while sharing essential areas with the rest of the community, from kitchens to coworking spaces. OCN already has several buildings under construction under this same typology, reinforcing its commitment to this residential model.
This has allowed us to develop specific working methods and stronger professionalized management. Retor builds on this track record of building Living projects, applying what we’ve learned to each new project to meet the growing residential demand in our cities.
