The intervention has encompassed the entire complex: 54 fully renovated rooms, redesigned common areas to enhance the guest experience, the restaurant, administrative offices, complete renovation of the exterior façade, staff changing rooms, and updates to all technical facilities.

Opened in 1930, the Hotel Voramar stands as both a privileged witness and a key protagonist of nearly a century of local history. Its architecture has adapted and reinvented itself over the decades, reflecting extraordinary versatility.
The building began as a bathhouse, evolved into a restaurant, became an iconic hotel, served as a hospital during the Spanish Civil War, and, more recently, has provided its rooms as a cinematic setting.
