OCN is involved in the transformation of the Hotel Magic World Resort, constructing two water parks that completely redefine the tourist and visual experience of the resort.
We have completed the first phase of renovation at the iconic Hotel Magic World Resort, a key tourist destination for both local and national visitors, due to the fame of the former Marina d’Or.
Our work began with the renovation of the façade of the Hotel Balneario 5*****, a complex project due to its iconic semicircular shape. The façade has been fully restored to its original splendor, enhancing both its aesthetics and functionality.
In addition, we have built two new water parks that will redefine the guest experience.
These two water parks—Magic Splash Adventure, located next to the Hotel Balneario 5*****, and Magic Sports, integrated into the Hotel Magic Sports 4**** complex—have been designed to provide top-tier entertainment, with attractions for all ages and landscaped designs that complement the resort’s surroundings.
This project, with a total investment exceeding 40 million euros, was a technical challenge that we completed in record time thanks to optimized resource management and the implementation of innovative methods.
We have worked closely with experts in materials and technologies to ensure that each intervention enhances the visitor experience, as well as the resort’s sustainability and efficiency.
Our work at the Hotel Magic World Resort has been a key step in the evolution of this tourist destination, consolidating it as a benchmark for leisure and wellness on the Mediterranean coast. This project is just the beginning of future phases that will continue to raise the resort’s standards.
