Transformation of the Hotel Bonaire in Benicàssim through a comprehensive renovation of bathrooms and common areas.
The recent renovation of the Hotel Bonaire in Benicàssim marks another milestone in OCN’s track record as a specialist in hotel construction and renovation, reinforcing hospitality excellence in the Valencian Community.
The project has included the complete transformation of its 82 bathrooms and a full renovation of the common areas, where we implemented a design that blends contemporary elegance with functionality.
The real challenge lay in the timeline, as we completed this ambitious renovation in record time, minimizing the impact on the hotel’s operations.
This achievement highlights the expertise of our team, which combines technical knowledge, careful planning, and flawless resource management.
Each space has been designed to elevate the guest experience, meeting the demands of today’s tourism.
The Hotel Bonaire, part of the Intelier group,
thus joins our portfolio of high-quality hotel projects, strengthening our position as leaders in a sector where excellence is a prerequisite.
This project, which reinforces our leadership in hotel construction along the Mediterranean coast, exemplifies our commitment to the development of quality tourism.
