OCN has completed the comprehensive transformation of the Hotel Acuazul Phase 1, a strategic project encompassing the renovation of 160 rooms, common areas, and the refurbishment of the attic space.
The execution was strategically planned in two distinct phases to ensure the hotel’s operational continuity throughout the entire process.
The transformation of the Hotel Acuazul Phase 1 exemplifies OCN’s specialization in the hotel sector.
The first phase included the complete renovation of 56 rooms, the modernization of all common areas, and the creation of a social space in the building’s attic, transforming an underutilized area into a new gathering point for guests.
This project exemplifies OCN’s expertise in hotel construction and renovation, demonstrating its ability to execute interventions that combine strategic planning, operational efficiency, and the highest standards of quality.
