OCN fully renovates an iconic hotel in a historic setting.
The renovation of the Hotel Castillo de Peñíscola represents a remarkable example of collaboration between leading companies and professionals in the sector, bringing to life an exceptional project on the beachfront of Peñíscola, with privileged views of its iconic castle.
The project stands out for the implementation of innovative architectural solutions, incorporating large-format ceramic pieces measuring up to 320×120 cm.
The hotel features the latest innovations in ceramics, façade technology, and prefabricated bathroom systems, in collaboration with Porcelanosa Partners.
A standout feature of the project is the infinity pool, built below the water table and finished with premium ceramics. Its overflowing design creates a visual effect that merges the pool with the sea horizon, making it one of the most distinctive elements of the hotel.
OCN has led the comprehensive transformation of the building, starting with a demolition that preserved only the core structure.
The reconstruction was carried out in collaboration with the prestigious firm GRY Asociados, responsible for the architectural design, incorporating cutting-edge façade technology from Butech and prefabricated bathroom systems.
Attention to detail is evident in every element, from the panoramic elevators to the innovative corner exterior enclosures.
The masterful combination of premium materials from Xtone, large-format ceramics, solutions from L’Antic Colonial and Porcelanosa, Noken faucets, and exclusive furniture from Colección Alexandra has resulted in an outstanding architectural ensemble that redefines Peñíscola’s urban landscape.
This project reinforces OCN’s position as a benchmark in hotel construction and renovation, showcasing our ability to execute hotel projects of the highest standards.
