OCN is currently building a wide variety of projects across different locations. In Valencia, notable projects include The Bank Hotel, several living buildings in different areas of the city, and an aesthetic clinic. In Mallorca, the company is carrying out the XO JONQUET and Kahn Llompart residential projects, as well as XO PARQ, a high-rise residential building. Additionally, in various locations across Castellón, OCN is developing several buildings and tourist apartments.

  • OCN’s process begins with a feasibility study alongside the architect, developer, or investor, supported by technologies such as BIM, ERP, Power BI, and Artificial Intelligence. This is followed by planning using the Think in Lean method, selection of premium materials, and construction execution. At every phase, we prioritize deadlines, attention to detail, and continuous communication with the client.

OCN is the construction company behind XO PARQ, a high-value residential development located in the Nou Llevant neighborhood of Palma de Mallorca, next to Parc de Can Palou and very close to Portixol bay. The project is developed by XOJAY and consists of 65 one, two, and three-bedroom homes spread across three independent buildings, with resort-style common areas (gym, spa, cinema, pool, and golf simulator).

OCN is the construction company responsible for The Bank Hotel, a project transforming the former Banco de Valencia building into a 5-star Grand Luxury hotel in the heart of the city’s financial district. The hotel, designed by Janfri & Ranchal Studio and developed by MYR Hotels, will feature more than a hundred rooms, a restaurant, a cocktail bar, event halls, and a rooftop with a pool and lounge areas.

OCN is also carrying out XO JONQUET, a high-added-value residential development located right at the foot of the Palma de Mallorca Marina, in the Santa Catalina/El Jonquet area. The development is promoted by XOJAY and GPI, designed by CMV Architects, and consists of several boutique buildings with high-end finishes and common areas designed to elevate the standard of living on the waterfront.

OCN has been appointed as the construction company for Hotel Sofía, a 4-star boutique hotel with 45 rooms being built in the historic center of Gandía, next to the Town Hall and very close to the Palau Ducal. The project, developed by Juesvic SL and designed by Moratal Palomino Estudio de Arquitectura and Arista Grupo, represents a private investment of over 6 million euros and benefits from Gandía City Council’s municipal hotel incentive.
