Villa Los Pinos regains its modernist splendor following a comprehensive restoration that preserves its historical value.
Villa Los Pinos, an architectural gem of early 20th-century modernism and listed among the protected historic villas of Benicasim, has undergone a meticulous comprehensive restoration that preserves its original essence while adapting it to contemporary needs.
The intervention has encompassed multiple key aspects of the construction: we reinforced the structural elements, completely renovated the roofs, and updated the enclosures, always respecting the characteristic modernist style of the period.
Gardens inspired by the organic shape of a pineapple transform the surroundings through terraces and steps.
The original woodwork has been restored with historical precision, while the floors have been renewed following period patterns.
The interior redistribution has optimized the spaces while maintaining harmony with the original design, and the finishes have enhanced the villa’s historic character.
The exterior landscaping project stands out for its originality: inspired by the organic shape of a pineapple, we created an innovative design of terraced gardens using slopes and steps. This solution not only addresses the terrain’s uneven levels functionally but also creates a striking visual effect that complements the villa’s grandeur.
