The project, developed in the heart of Benicasim, includes a commercial space for the Multiópticas MÓ franchise, complemented by a residential unit on the upper floors.
OCN carried out the demolition of an old, dilapidated house located on the town’s main street, followed by the complete construction of the building housing the commercial space.
The intervention stands out for its custom-designed furniture for display and in-store work, featuring exceptional finishes achieved through the use of large-format ceramic materials that mimic the appearance of marble.
The furniture has been designed as an extension of the store’s architectural language, integrating seamlessly into the environment and providing a clear and coherent visual identity.
Special attention was given to formal and material consistency, employing solutions that reinforce the space’s identity and enhance the customer experience.
Each piece was custom-designed, taking into account both the operational needs of the commercial space and the desired visual impact, resulting in an elegant, efficient environment fully aligned with the brand image.
