OCN is transforming 470 apartments at the Complejo Habitat in an ambitious renovation project.
OCN, a benchmark in hotel construction and renovation, has successfully completed a crucial phase in the modernization of the Complejo Habitat in Alcocebre, an ambitious project featuring over 470 apartments in a prime beachfront location.
The intervention has focused on two strategic areas: the modernization of climate comfort through the installation of state-of-the-art air conditioning systems and the complete renovation of a selection of pilot apartments.
Meticulous planning and excellent execution: the comprehensive approach that sets tourist projects apart.
For the pilot apartments, OCN has carried out a fully integrated turnkey project, managing everything from structural renovation to the complete selection and installation of furniture, décor, lighting, and equipment (FF&E).
This development exemplifies OCN’s comprehensive approach to the renovation of tourist complexes, where every element is strategically planned and executed to achieve the highest standards of excellence.
