Corporate spaces where elegance, functionality, and notarial tradition converge in perfect harmony.
When we undertake the construction or renovation of corporate spaces, our goal goes beyond creating mere offices: we design environments that inspire, facilitate collaboration, and enhance productivity.
The intervention in this five-story building has been a meticulous exercise in planning and design, with each floor conceived to maximize its specific functionality.
In the heart of Castellón stands the APS Notarios building, a project that goes beyond mere space renovation to become a dynamic, multifunctional professional ecosystem.
The strategic layout includes two floors dedicated to the main notarial activities, complemented by a level specially designed to house the archive, a modern library, and a welcoming café that encourages informal interaction. The remaining two floors have been transformed into premium spaces for external offices available for rent.
This project exemplifies our corporate design philosophy: creating spaces that not only serve a practical function but also foster professional synergy and the well-being of their occupants.
The renovation has resulted in new offices and meeting rooms that combine elegance and functionality, creating an environment where notarial tradition harmoniously coexists with the needs of the modern professional.
