The Aparthotel Marynton is undergoing a comprehensive transformation, enhancing both its capacity and quality.
This complete renovation has brought significant changes to the building’s structure and amenities. Originally, the aparthotel had 28 units and two open-plan, undeveloped areas.
Thanks to this ambitious renovation project, 8 additional apartments have been built in these areas, increasing the total capacity to 36 tourist apartments.

The scope of the project has been extensive and meticulous. In addition to the construction of the new units, a comprehensive renovation of the original 28 apartments has been carried out. Furthermore, the building’s general facilities have been modernized, and all the windows have been replaced.
These changes have been essential in significantly improving sound insulation and optimizing the thermal efficiency of all the residences.
