On Wednesday, December 3, OCN had the honor of receiving the CEPYME Award in the Job Creation and Talent Development category, in its 12th edition, one of the most prestigious recognitions for small and medium-sized enterprises in Spain.
Since their creation 11 years ago, the CEPYME Awards have promoted the social recognition of SMEs, rewarding their work in areas such as innovation, international development, equality, sustainability and job creation.
Commitment to People, Talent Development and Consolidation
The 12th edition of the CEPYME Awards, held at the Auditorio Santander and sponsored by Banco Santander, brought together a broad representation of Spain’s business community, as well as institutions and economic stakeholders who share a common goal: to continue strengthening the role of SMEs as the engine of the economy.
In Spain there are almost 3 million SMEs, accounting for around 99% of the national business fabric. In this new edition, the CEPYME Awards exceeded 2024 participation levels by 69.9% across all categories.
