OCN, nominated for Company of the Year at the Premios Mediterráneo 2025

OCN has been nominated for Company of the Year in the 29th edition of the Premios Mediterráneo, one of the most recognized awards in the Castellón economy and one of the most prestigious business events in the Mediterranean region. News that fills us with pride and that has a lot to do with each and every person who is part of this project. Since 1997, the Premios Mediterráneo have recognized the work and impact of the province’s most significant companies, regardless of sector or size. Having OCN among the nominees for its top distinction isn’t just an institutional satisfaction: it’s confirmation that the path we set out on — building differently, with our own methodology, full digitalization, and a committed team — is leaving a mark beyond our own projects.

Today we are a construction company specialized in high-value-added projects — hotels, Build to Rent buildings, corporate, and living — with offices in Valencia, Mallorca, and Castellón, more than 26 projects delivered, and an 80% rate of repeat clients, who are, in themselves, the best endorsement of what we do. But this nomination belongs especially to those who work every day on site and in the office to make sure projects aren’t just delivered, but delivered well. This distinction adds to an especially intense 2025 in terms of recognition: the CIEGE Award for Business Management Excellence, recognition from CEPYME as Spain’s Best SME for Job Creation and Talent Development, and the SECSE European Award for Best Company of the Year for Business Evolution in the Construction Sector. Together, they outline the profile of a company that grows with judgment and understands leadership as a consequence of doing things right, not as an end in itself.
